Here is a list of college football teams that are expected to undergo some
systems changes on offense and defense. Earlier this week, we discussed Clemson going with a more
up-tempo attack after hiring former Tulsa OC Chad Morris. Florida's offense is expected to be more pro-style under OC Charlie Weis. LSU hired former Louisville head coach Steve Kragthrope to ramp up the offense (i.e. try to turn Jordan Jefferson into a decent quarterback). Michigan will still take advantage of Denard Robinson's athletic ability though don't expect him to run the ball 20+ times per game like last season. Nebraska promoted running backs coach Tim Beck to OC in hopes of improving an offense that scored 20 points or less in four of its last five games – including seven in their bowl loss to Washington. Other scheme changes are expected from Utah (Norm Chow OC), West Virginia (Dana Holgorsen), Texas Tech (chad Glasgow DC) and Texas (Bryan Harsin OC).
