NFL Handicapping: Cleveland Browns in tough spot with new coaching staff

Off all the teams that could suffer the most due to the NFL lockout, the Cleveland Browns appear to be at the top of the list. Team president Mike Holmgren brought in former St. Louis offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur to serve as head coach/offensive coordinator. Dick Jauron was hired as defensive coordinator. The Cleveland Plain Dealer compiled of list of needs for the Browns once free agency and training camp begins.
