Richmond at Duke -9
Article about Duke's move from a
4-3 to 4-2-5 defense. Coordinator Jim Knowles made a similar switch while head coach at Cornell and saw an immediate improvement. We do however consider the move a positive one and should allow for their best athletes to be on the field more. Last year, the stop unit allowed 35.4 ppg and 450 ypg – extreme numbers even by Duke's standard. They'll have a shot to flex their muscle on Saturday against a Richmond team that averaged only 17.1 ppg last season.
