Tulsa at Boise State -32.5 O/U 62.5
No official word on Tulsa quarterback GJ Kinne's status for Saturday's game at Boise State. Reports say that Kinne suffered a
Grade II MLC tear against Oklahoma State which according one local Tulsa doctor can take 2-4 weeks to heal. Head coach Bill Blankenship continues mum on the issue, going so far as to say the Kinne is "day to day". If Kinnie is unable to go, which looks to be the case, the Golden Hurricane will go with
redshirt freshman Kalen Henderson.
"(After 2-4 weeks), you can heal enough where you can put someone in a brace and play them safely," Stanley said. "You still have to be reevaluated because people heal at different rates. It can be two weeks or four weeks. Occasionally, it will take longer."
"I don't think you will see different plays being run," the TU coach said. "What you will see is a little less reliance on the quarterback's ability to change things at the line and to rely on the three years of experience that (G.J.) has. He doesn't have what G.J. has. He has a lot of talent and a lot of ability, but in terms of how we'll approach it, I don't think you will see much difference."
