First total we have seen this playoff season lined at 6. If any two teams are deserving of this honor it is the Flyers and Penguins. Neither team lets their foot off the gas when they play each other as evidenced by the chart below. Important to note that in each previous meeting at least one team scored a power play goal with some games seeing as many as two or three. If the referees are going remain whistle happy I see no reason why this series won’t produce more high scoring affairs.
