Favre returns; Vikings season over/under wins lined at 10

08.18.2010     01:24 PM     Printer Friendly

SportsMemo.com blog entry.
Brett Favre is back baby! Get ready because tomorrow's blog will feature nothing but Favre, Favre and more Favre! Kidding. CRIS just posted Minnesota’s season over/under wins total at u10 -140, while Green Bay is u10 -135. Like us you are probably wondering if there have ever been two teams in the same division lined at double-digit wins and if so, what was the outcome? We are currently efforting with NFL Futures guru Teddy Covers to see if he has any historical data regarding the feat. Stay tuned. And if you are looking to play either team over, 9.5's are or will eventually be available so shop around! In the meantime, the Packers remain the favorite to win the NFC North at -125. The Vikings are +110.

UPDATE: If anyone keeps really good records and can find the last time two teams from the same division were lined at 10 or above, please post it in the comment box below. NFC East or maybe AFC East seem to be the most logical guesses.
