Recommendation: Under

I think it an upgrade from Brandon McCarthy to Jarrod Parker. McCarthy got pushed back and Parker will throw on regular rest. He's a highly touted arm and hasn't disappointed with two strong efforts (13 IP, 2 ERs). With above average stuff, he'll have an advantage when facing teams for the first time. Toronto's Ricky Romero has been good but not great this season with a 3.64 ERA. Off his worst start of the season (5 ERs vs. Texas) he should be good to go against an Oakland lineup that hasn't hit much of anything this season. That is especially true against lefties with pitiful splits of .206/.266/.332/.598. Play this one under.
