The Philadelphia Phillies, who trail the first place Washington Nationals by 14 games in the National League East, will send
in Los Angeles. According to pitching coach Rich Dubee said Halladay will be on some sort of pitch count.
“All right, fine,” is how Dubee described that outing. “There is rustiness and inconsistency there, but arm wise and working wise, he’s feeling a lot better than he has in a long time.”
