Following the announcement that the Oakland Raiders will (eventually) move to Las Vegas, Roger Goodell offered his own "hot take
." Goodell made it abundantly clear that he does not like gambling but seemed to acknowledge that the practice isn't as sinful as once thought. Though we found it interesting that he claimed Las Vegas was "different" from say, 10-20 years ago. Roger, we think you're getting your eras confused. What you meant to say was Las Vegas was no longer like this
. Later, Goodell also mentioned that there was probably no need for sportsbooks to keep Las Vegas Raiders games off the board.
