Vanderbilt head coach Bobby Johnson has
decided to call it quits...52 days before the team's season opener. Johnson was in Nashville for eight years. In 2008, Vandy went 7-6 and played in its first bowl since 1982. Last year, the Commodores won only two games and went 0-8 in SEC play. With only 11 starters projected back and one "win" on the schedule (vs. Eastern Michigan), they'll move forward with former assistant Robbie Caldwell as interim head coach.
