To be eligible for the Hall of Fame, a player must have been named a first-team All-American by a selector used by the NCAA in determining the consensus All-American team, be at least 10 years but not more than 50 years removed from his final college season, and no longer be an active pro player. The hall's selection criteria also says: "While each nominee's football achievements are of prime consideration, his post-football record as a citizen is also weighed. He must have proven himself worthy as a citizen, carrying the ideals of football forward into his relations with his community and his fellow man with love of his country. Consideration may also be given for academic honors and whether or not the candidate earned a college degree."
They've left Tommy Frazier off this list seven years in a row now. I refuse to believe this organization has a valid reason for this and it makes them look like a joke IMO.
