Cleveland plays 20 of its next 23 vs. the American League East. (The other three games are vs. LAA)
Luckiest team in the American League based on Baseball Reference's Pythagorean W-L record (+5, 32-41, -0.7 run diff).
An amazing 12-2 record in 1-run games
16-23 vs. teams above .500, 21-13 vs. teams below .500
Have played only nine games vs. the AL East (2-7). On the flip side, Kansas City has already played 20 games vs. AL East.

Since the stretch against AL East and Angels started the Indians are 3-5 and playing against them you'd be up approximately +1.25 units.
They did manage to win the series against a slumping Baltimore squad but were swept by the Yanks and fell to the Angels last night while getting shut out.
