Looks like it will be status quo for Seattle tonight with Matt Flynn and the starters playing the first half and Russell Wilson and the backups playing the second half. Nary a sign of Tarvaris Jackson once again this week.
For Denver, John Fox has stated that his starters including Peyton Manning will play the entire first half tonight: "Our starters will play to the end of the second quarter. The seconds will take most of the second half and the thirds will come in late in the fourth quarter.”
Denver seems to be showing some indication they have interest in winning tonight's unofficial home opener for Peyton Manning.
Peyton Manning: "I know Coach Fox has talked about it all year that we’ve got to play well at home. You’ve got to try to have that home field advantage and I know it’s important for the players to play well so the fans can be excited and make it tough on opponents.”
LB Wesley Woodyard: “We’re excited to get out there this time against Seattle and see what they have to offer,” Woodyard said. “You see the fans out here every day. It’ll be fun to give them back what they’ve been waiting for, and that’s a competitive atmosphere out here at the new stadium.”

who wants to watch T jackson anyway, another athlete playing the wrong position, nothing from the neck up to work with. Funny, I'm watching a lot of smallish QB's, Flynn looks small coming up to center, then Russell Wilson 2nd half...last night I was watching Kellen Moore and don't know how he sees over the linemen, know he's smart and knows the game but he looked like a Bill Veck gimmick out there last night, one good shot and he'll be looking for another profession. Seattle appears to have a lot of ball hawking young DB's, maybe Carroll could stop making roster moves and let this team play together for awhile??
