GERMANY -133
The mighty Germans have come to win this thing. I can't see them losing to the Portugese, who appear very fade-worthy at the moment.
NETHERLANDS -1+110
I expect Denmark to put up a quality fight, but in the end, we'll see a 2-0 scoreline to cover the -1 AH.

Portugal hasn't been the same since Figo, and I agree that they appear to be a squad to possibly fade. And while the Germans do show up with annoying consistency in these sorts of affairs, I think they might be a decent go against in the right matchup as well. The team I am hoping might prove profitable is the one with the most to prove in France. Tons of talent in their prime all over the pitch, and who have played together for just long enough to have some continuity. I think the French might reward those that opt to give them the benefit of the doubt in their rebuilding model and potential to be relevant at this tournament.

I agree France is a team to keep an eye on. That hasn't gone entirely unnoticed though, they are favored to win their group.
Here's a listing of random thoughts I've got heading into the tournament:
I really like Poland from an offensive standpoint but their defense is terrible and Sczesny (however you spell it) can't be relied upon to do it on his own. Home field could be enough to power into the next round but I don't think we'll see a deep run.
Sweden could be a sleeper but I hate the press coming out of their camp where all the talk is about playing negative against better competition rather than going for it like they have all qualification. With Ibra, Kallstrom, Larsson, Elm etc... in attack they've got weapons. Defense isn't great and backline is slow so that's a concern.
Schedule sets up nicely for Croatia where the last game against Spain might be a laydown effort for the reigning champions. They might be able to sneak through over Italy in that group.
Why? Italians dealing with a pretty distracting match fixing scandal right now. The heat is on a few players and after the great qualification set you have to figure the pressure is super high. Tough situation overall and they didn't look entirely focused in the tune up against Russia.
I think Ireland is one to watch in that group, they can be so damn frustrating to their opponents... kinda remind me of the Greece team that forced you to beat them with 10 behind the ball and then would somehow spring forward for a late winner to crush your dreams.
I'm not quite sold on Russia. Great result the other day in the friendly against Italy but that's a fickle bunch of crybabies at the heart. When things don't go well and Arshavin basically quits (Arsenal fan, sorry) the team will fold. That's "if" things don't go well.
Czech Republic a bit past their prime but still a team that could be dangerous in the right matchup. Their first game is against Russia which could be a pivotal matchup for who gets outta that group.

Considering a play on Over 2 goals in Spain/Italy.
Spain possibly playing with no striker as Torres, Negredo, Llorente all possibly starting on the bench? Fŕbregas running up top.
