Two weeks to go in September and we've already seen four coordinators get fired. We'll keep this thread going throughout the year with articles and commentary on whether or not we see any improvements.

East Carolina "reassigned" DC Kenwick Thompson prior to last week's game against Virginia Tech.

This team's problems run deep as last week, sans Thompson, the Pirates 675 yards and 64 points. Tough first three games (James Madison, WVU, TTU). At UConn this week.

Missouri fired DC Cross prior to last week.

Ironically, the Mizou D hasn't been THAT bad -- compared to last year. They held South Carolina and Purdue to around 5.5 ypp combined. Perhaps they need to take a look at the offense. 16 points combined last two games. Amazing what a full year of game film can do for opposing teams.

Bengals have failed to score an offensive TD in two games. There's only one logical step...

UTEP fires OC after scoring only 30 points combined vs. Rice and Arizona (LOL).

This thread is a great idea! Thanks Lange,,, also how is UTEP not the worst team in FBS? It's amazing Krugler still has his job.

I think it's comical that the Bengals chose Bill Lazor the QB coach to be the new OC for the team when the QB (Andy Dalton) has been the worst player on the team IMO through two games this season. Lazor is supposed to have been working with, coaching up and making Andy Dalton better at QB. It hasn't happened and in fact, you can argue he's gotten worse not better over time. That's worthy of a promotion? Apparently it is as now Lazor ends up getting the promotion to OC. Very funny to watch how certain organizations function.
