Chat, post plays, halftimes, in-game, observations, jokes about Lorenzo Romar's shitty tenure at Washington.

Baylor's late season offensive struggles continue -- I'm still confused as to what Scott Drew wants on the offensive end. A bunch of dribble hand-offs and hope for the best has been the deal thus far.

Defense optioal in the 1st half of Okie St Michigan... 5Dimes has the 2 half total at 82.5

Baylor game was on 120-125 pace for about 15 min they went crazy. Pace 66, 78 points. New Mexico State shot out of their minds...not sure it lasts.

Big ending here for Oklahoma St Michigan.. both straight up and ATS....

Over under went 11-5 yesterday...

Today, Oklahoma St Michigan already way over

Last two games of Oklahoma State's season their opponents Iowa State & Michigan shot a combined 28-53 52.8% from 3 pt range and scored 92 points each

Ouch Seton Hall. Tough to lose like that

I like looking first half under in round 1. Teams are in an unfamiliar environment and spend the early part feeling each other out. This year including the play in games ... 5-20-1

wow those #s are surprising especially because the over in full game has been hitting at a high rate

May have worded that poorly ... The under is losing at a ridiculous rate.

Here are my evening bets of the smaller variety in the NCAA Tournament:

Kentucky Over 154 (830)
Dayton +6.5 (832)
Miami (FL) -1 (840)
Kent State +19, Over 162.5 (845)

Finally we have some juice and some life in this tournament with two excellent down to the wire games this afternoon between Michigan/Oklahoma State and USC/SMU to breathe some life into what has been a very dull tournament for the most part in the first two days.

SMU's defense oddly enough is what let them down late. USC went on a shooting surge late. Terrible shot selection on the final SMU possession and the Trojans just like that knock out the red hot Mustangs and establish themselves as this year's version of the team that barely gets in to the tournament and now may have a little run in them. I'll give USC credit they have shown terrific mental fortitude the last two games against Providence and SMU. The talent has always been there for the Trojans but they elevated to a new high level today.

Either USC made some great defensive adjustments as the game went on or SMU made a really poor choice of slowing down there offense to a grinding halt. Probably a bit of both. How many times did they take a shot with less than 5 on the shot clock. They got bailed out a few times and continued with it and it cost them the game eventually. Sure looked like some very questionable in-game coaching by Jankovich. Quite a shame that Mich/OSU played each other first round. Sure looked like a couple 2nd weekend teams to me.
