"UPSETS" ABOUND TONIGHT IN CBB

Loyola-MD hardly an upset

Western Illinois upset over Oral Roberts very impressive

Eastern Michigan none too pleased about new format....win the West, play in round 1...and lose to Northern Illinois. Wow.

Central Michigan over Bowling Green -- very surprising, thought Chipps were dead.

I had to step in and take Northern Illinois +8.5 tonight. Yeah Huskies aren't much better but how the hell did EMU end up laying 8.5 points in that game? That might be the one of that group of "upsets" that wasn't too surprising at least to me.

Oral Roberts and Bowling Green going down truly did surprise me. BGSU losing at home to Central was a shocker. Maybe Central can cash a couple dog tickets in this MAC Tournament? Sure seems like these bottom tier teams in these conference tournaments after winning that first game have the potential to gain confidence and maybe go on a mini ATS run.
