2 BASEBALL QUESTIONS TO ANYONE

1) Is there a shittier hitter in baseball than Jason Kendall? It just seems like any time a runner is in scoring position Kendall makes an out. In fact, he never seems to get a hit or walk any time he is at bat. I know he was the shits with the Pirates and the flat out shits with the A's (who I will never understand why they picked him up, definitely not for offense).

2) Is there a shittier OVER team than the Mariners. Noted by the fact that Trushel is always on the under with them, especially at home.

I have not looked at any stats on these 2 items. Just something I have noticed this year.

thanks for any input

Surprisingly the St. Louis Cardinals are the top UNDER team in baseball.

According to consensus closing numbers St. Louis is 38-57-4 while Seattle is 39-53-7.

Makes sense on St. Louis.

thanks

Funny you should ask those two questions Jimmy. We could certainly debate who the shittiest hitters are but I personally hate Jason Kendall after he single handedly beat "no focus" Max Scherzer earlier this year collecting 3 hits. I believe I posted on this site after that numbing loss that I doubt Kendall would have another 3 hit game in his career. As for those Seattle Mariners, I really hated losing my over play on them and Boston the other night. Needed 7.5, got 6. Seattle gets 6 straight singles in the 8th with no outs. Scored 3 runs and had the 1,2, and 3 coming up and none of the lame f-ing bats could produce. Makes as much since as wasting 3 units in two days on the pathetic Cleveland Indians.
