I think this 46 total is rather high for a matchup that could see a lot of running. The Jaguars probably are the worst team in the league and should rely on Leonard Fournette before they trade him away. Gardner Minshew gets to prove if he's for real as the team sent Nick Foles off and is probably staring at the chance to get Lawrence or Fields in the draft. Defensively there's a little bit of talent there and while it will be young, it'll be good as well. I don't expect this team to surpass 21 points often this season with one of the worst group of skill position guys.
Indy has a fantastic defense and Philip Rivers now under center behind one of the best offensive lines in football. The team brought in Jonathan Taylor to go along with Marlon Mack and I really think they'll run the ball quite a bit and go ball-control with Rivers as the signal caller. Because of that, I just don't know if they can get to 30 points.
Last year, these two played a 33-13 game in Indy and a 38-20 contest in Jacksonville. First off, there's no way that the Jags score 38 points in this one. In 2018 the scores were 6-0 and 29-26 with 2017 contests being 30-10 and 27-0. Not to mention, this number won't go higher at all even with someone coming down with COVID. There's not a offensive or defensive player that would take me off this under and I think offenses will be rusty early on too.
    Give me under 46.
