When we first look at this spot we really have to wonder what the Redskins are going to offering this season, the Eagles are first and foremost the team with the most depth on both sides of the ball. Eagles QB Carson Wentz will look to prove to everyone that he can still lead this team and take them to the top while many people believe past injuries may really hold him back.  Washington head coach Jay Gruden has lost four straight games to the Eagles and four of them have been double digit losses by an average of more than 15 points per game. I'm worried for this Redskins team when I look at what they can provide on offence, if we take a look at their weapons that they have at the receiving position it really makes you wonder who they are going to go to. Washington's WR1 Paul Richardson isn't exactly someone to call home about, in 2018 he had just 2 TD's and was targeted just 35 times. Trey Quinn - the Redskins WR2 is just a 23 year old receiver that had just one TD in 2018 and was targeted just 10 times. The Redskins have question marks all over the place as to where they are going to find any points, against a veteran team with plenty of experience I really can't see them getting the job done here on this week 1. The Redskins have a chip on their shoulder coming into this one and have plenty to prove but with the youth and inexperience along with Jordan Reed being out with a concussoin, there won't be many places to go. When you look at this Eagles team, they have weapons ALL over the place and also have an outstanding defence that will make life difficult for the Skins. Taking a look at some of the go-to guys for the Eagles today will be guys like Alshon Jeffrey, Jeffrey is very reliable and was targeted 92 times last season for 65 receptions. DeSean Jackson is right behind Jeffrey is a go-to guy for the Eagles and that's another big name for a deep threat that can really string a huge offensive drive. I'll also be looking at Zach Ertz to continue to be a lethal weapon in the redzone and to tear apart the Redskins defence. This full game number is the largest point spread of the week but we are looking at the first half, a spot where I really feel the Redskins will get caught off guard and their inexperience will really show. Case Keenum is no where close to the QB that Carson Wentz and it will show this afternoon. This is one of those spots where you can feel really comfortable laying 6.5 in the first half.

If you look at the running back position alone, Jordan Howard will control the ball once the Eagles begin to run the score up the 24 year old running back is coming off a season where he put up 935 yards and I say he completes this team offensivley.
