Bryce Harper has covered this HRR line in 7 of his last 10 games overall including five straight home games after going a combined 5-10 (.500) with a home run and three RBI in three games against the Arizona Diamondbacks this weekend. Now Harper gets another opportunity to feast on Javier Assad who he's gone 3-6 (.500) against with one free pass. Assad has struggled against left-handed bats while posting an ugly 5.17 ERA & .293 BAA last season. Assad's numbers this season are solid on the surface, but his underlying metrics tell us that he's do for some regression as he's posted a 4.67 xFIP against lefties.
