All purchases are made from Wager Talk Media, LP, the parent company of Sportsmemo.com. Your order(s) will appear on your credit card statement as Sportsmemo 18009587452. All Sales are Final and products are sold “as is”. Once a product or service has been purchased, delivered, and/ or viewed, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will not be issued due to restrictions imposed by Federal and/or local regulatory agencies, including but not limited to;

• In-state collegiate teams and events
• In-state Professional teams and events
• Wager or Sub-Wager Type
• Lack of access to authorized operators
• Undelivered email or SMS notifications as we are unable to guarantee the deliverability and/or restrictions set forth by your provider.
