The GoldSheet went 3-1 with Saturday's tournament picks, just short of a perfect 4-0 day. Their 4% tournament selections (Houston and Dayton) both resulted in blowout winners. Factoring in those victories, TGS is now 83-58 (+64.7) with top level (4% and above) releases, since Christmas. That's the #1 Big Game Record at WagerTalk, during that period. Here's another HUGE 4%, available for only $7!

The PLAY: VFB Stuttgart 107
With the World Cup heading to North America this summer, The GoldSheet will be ramping up its soccer coverage over the next few weeks. On Sunday, we take a trip to the German Bundesliga for a look at Stuttgart vs Augsburg.
Sometimes the numbers don’t lie, and neither does the eye test. In the Bundesliga, where there are clear delineations between the haves and have-nots, those barriers are rarely broken. With the top tier there are also divisions, with Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund clearly ahead, but the Europe contenders are well-defined, only four others, really, with Stuttgart among those well-positioned for a Champions League berth. VfB could argue it is the best to watch, too; not much of the mundane set-piece goals, Stuttgart’s scores mostly come from open play, with Deniz Udvaz the Johan Cruyff of Stuttgart, dazzling with 16 goals, behind only Harry Kane in the Bundesliga goals chart. Now out of the Europa League courtesy of Porto this past week, Stuttgart can focus fully on a top-four finish in the Bundesliga and a Champions League invite for the fall, and what on Sunday would be a seventh-straight win over going-nowhere Augsburg, looking safely clear of the drop zone but miles away from a European spot. Last Saturday’s latest loss, 2-0 inflicted by Borussia Dortmund, had a familiar limp look, only three shots on goal, less than 40% of possession and simply non-threatening, as it’s been all season on -14 goal differential. Augsburg is fortunate to be clear of relegation danger only because of the number of truly wretched sides in Germany these days. We do note that Augsburg are unbeaten in their last eight matches at WWK Arena (five wins, three draws), but the collection of flotsam in the Bundesliga is mostly responsible, with Bayern Munich and BVB visiting in the first two months of the season and exiting with expected wins. Now it's Stuggart's turn. Given series history and current standing, Stuttgart at near-even-money on the straight win looks very good value, with the electrifying Udvaz, always around the action. to score at +120 worth considering as a supplemental punt.
