| NHL | (9) Carolina Hurricanes at (10) Philadelphia Flyers: Total | 8:00pm EDT - May 7/2026 |
The PLAY: Total Over 5.5 (120)
Take #9 Hurricanes vs Flyers Over
We have one game on the docket here on Thursday, and Carolina is now up 2-0 in this series after coming back from an 0-2 hole in the first period of Game 1. The Flyers were very competitive in Game 2; they just fell short of the win, but we think they play quite well here at home and give the Canes a fight. Philly has a good offense and can skate with any team in the NHL, and we like them to get after it offensively. Carolina is 46-40-2 to the over on the year, so we think this one is a shootout, and we roll with the over.

| NBA | (567) Cleveland Cavaliers at (568) Detroit Pistons: Total | 7:00pm EDT - May 7/2026 |
The PLAY: Total Under 216.0 (-110)
Take #568 Cavaliers vs Pistons Under
Detroit got Game 1 and pulled away late. Don't forget, JB Bickerstaff coached this Cavs team for five seasons, so he knows a lot of these players and is gameplanning accordingly. Game 1 went under the total and in fact, the under is 2-8 in the last ten head-to-heads. The Pistons were 41-49 to the under on the year, and we like Game 2 to go under again. Remember, the Pistons were a top 3 defense in the NBA this season, and that is where they hang their hat. Let's roll with the under here in Game 2.
