⚽ General Soccer Wagering Info:
3-Way Betting: You can bet the home team, the away team, or the draw. Betting either team would be the equivalent of taking the -0.5 goal line spread which is also the same as the ML (moneyline).
2-Way Betting: Eliminates the draw as an option and if the game ends in a draw, your bet is voided/refunded. Listed as +0 or PK (pick).
Asian Handicap: This is the same as traditional sports where you see lines at -0.5 or -1, however, you may also see quarter-goal lines and they can be on the spread or total. Essentially a quarter-goal line is splitting your wager into two wagers on the half point on either side of that spread. For example, if you wager on a team at -0.75, you are actually placing half your wager on -0.5 and half your wager on -1. A win by two goals or more would result in a full win, a win by one goal would result in a half-win (you win the -0.5 portion of the bet, but push on the -1 portion) and a draw or loss would result in a full loss.

The PLAY: Nicolai Hojgaard to Win Corales Puntacana (+3000)
Corales Puntacana Championship
Outright Winner Bet365
Unless you’re a golf junkie like me, I’m guessing you probably haven’t heard of Nicolai Hojgaard, but the books have, and they have him listed as a Top-10 favorite according to the odds this week.
Here’s what you need to know about Hojgaard. He’s very streaky and has shown sustained success in the past. He plays on the DP World Tour, formerly the European Tour, and had an unbelievable 2021 season. He finished inside the Top-20 in 11 of his final 20 events that year, including a win among five Top-10s. He gained strokes on Approach and Off the Tee in more than half of those events with his weakness being his putter. So define him as a typical ball-striker.
He was unable to sustain that success last year however with just three Top-20 finishes although one of those was another Win actually, but his approach and Off the Tee game fell substantially.
However, flash forward to this season where he has made the cut in all seven events including four Top-20s including three Top-10s and he is once again trending in the right direction. No reason to think he can’t have a good tournament in a weak field in Puntacana this week.
