Baltimore has struggled offensively but they are 12th in home runs. Their real weakness is their pitching staff. Seattle's offense ranks 12th in runs scored per game. They excel in power with 79 home runs (6th). Sugano has pitched well but could be limited against Seattle’s high powered offense. Kirby has struggled. His early struggles are concerning after a forearm injury. Baltimore does not have a good bullpen and Seattle's bullpen has had problems as of late. Seattle's heavy powered lineup should challenge Sugano. Baltimore’s hitters should capitalize on Kirby’s early season struggles after returning from the IL. We'll hope for offense and back the OVER.
