The Dodgers have dropped seven straight games. As far back as I can remember, this is their worst slide they have experienced. During those seven losses, their offense has sputtered, accounting for just 17 combined runs. Very uncharacteristic for a lineup that tops the Majors in scoring, averaging over 5.38 runs per game. Meanwhile, the Giants have started to heat up, winning seven of their last 10 outings to pull within just 4.0-games back in the NL West. This series is significant, my friends. Los Angeles has still taken six of the last 10 meetings in this division rivalry. I see them coming to life here, and getting back on the winning track. Shohei Otani is scheduled to get the start, and see some action. I don't expect them to pitch too long. In his career, he is 1-0 with a 0.75 ERA in 12 innings pitched against San Francisco. Landen Roupp is 6-5 with a 3.39 ERA on the campaign. He has pitched three times in his career against Los Angeles, twice in relief, going 0-1 with a whopping ERA of 12.79. I think he's in real trouble here today. The Dodgers know going into the All-Star Break has a bearing of how you start the second half of the regular season. I look for them to get a big victory here. Take Los Angeles. Thank you.
