Yes, Seattle will be playing its second game in two days. However, that doesn't mean that this game won't be highly competitive. These teams just met at Seattle, on 12/29. Once again, the Kraken were also playing their second game in two days. They were still tied with the Canucks after regulation though, eventually losing 3-2 in a S/O.
