The Timberwolves have won two straight, including a 139-106 beatdown of the Bucks on Tuesday. The Rockets had lost three straight before beating the Bulls here on their home floor in Houston two days ago. Minnesota plays well on the road at 12-8, but the Rockets are money at home, with a 12-2 home record at Toyota Center.
Anthony Edwards is day-to-day with a foot injury, but he likely plays here after sitting out the Milwaukee game. Alperen Sengun & Kevin Durant have been playing well and Houston has a lot of mojo right now and remember, they had lost three straight before beating the Bulls last time out, so they really need to continue to play well and put winning streaks together, and I think they get the win over the Timberwolves here.

The Bears are 1-20 in their history in this arena in Lawrence Kansas, so they will look to turn that around here. Baylor still hasn’t landed a true marquee win this season, having dropped its first three conference games to TCU, Iowa State and Houston before finally getting back in the win column with a victory over Oklahoma State on Tuesday. We think Baylor can do well here, they score 88ppg as opposed to Kansas 77ppg, you know they will want to push the pace here and Baylor can stay inside this number with a ton of motivation and the Jayhawks in a prime letdown spot.
