6:40 PM ET: Blue Jays +104 at Phillies
Jose Berrios is in the midst of a dominant run, and although the Phillies have remained productive without Trae Turner thanks to Bryce Harper, they're up against an elite starter for the first time in a minute. Berrios has a 1.44 ERA, a WHIP of 1.01 and has been solid on the road. He hasn't given up more than two earned runs in a start all season and has done so without the benefit of really striking guys out in big numbers. His offense is starting to come around – the 14 runs they've scored over the last two games are the team's most all season in a two-day span – and we should see them bounce back from a rough loss to Washington that looked like it was in the bag. Ride Toronto on the moneyline as a 3% call.
