    3%  Take Arizona (#979)

Make no mistake about it – the Blue Jays are true bottom feeders right now, worthy of fading in this price range.  Toronto has been swept in a series SIX times already this season, worth noting as they face another sweep today.  The Jays are just 3-13 in their last 16 overall, 9-27 in their last 36 and 5-13 in their last 18 at home; not exactly playing inspired baseball these days.

Toronto is devoid of veteran leadership, in complete rebuilding mode right now.  Their lineup is ice cold, producing two runs or less five times in their last seven games.  Toronto can’t hit lefties, ranked #27 in OPS against opposing southpaws, bad news with Robbie Ray on the hill.  Arizona’s bullpen behind Ray is rested and ready off back-2-back blowout wins in the first two games of this series.

Toronto starter Clayton Richard hasn’t made it through the fifth inning in any of his three previous starts this season.  Meanwhile, Arizona ranks #2 in the majors in OPS against lefties, hammering opposing southpaws.  This game is being priced by the betting markets as a competitive contest, but I’m expecting the D-backs to continue their recent winning ways by pulling off the sweep on Sunday.  Take the Diamondbacks.
