This is a FREE PLAY on the Seattle Mariners.
Both teams will be hungry to start off the second half with a win, and a winning series, but the bottom line for this opening game is that this is a big time starting pitching matchup working in favor of Seattle in my opinion. The Mariners could/should, in fact, be a larger favs here, as good as the Astros finished out the first half.
Houston goes with Brandon Walter (1-2, 3.98 ERA), who is set to make his eighth career start, while the home side counters with ace Luis Castillo (6-5, 3.41 ERA).
Look for the home side to come out on top here in the opener of this important divisional battle.
