The Boston College Eagles are on the road in Syracuse New York where they will take on the host Orange. It has been an unsuccessful 25-campaign for both of these programs with no chance for the postseason. BC comes into this game averaging 24.6 points per game while their defense has been awful allowing an average of 34.6 points per game. BC has been outgained in its last seven games, having lost ten straight overall, and doesn’t have an FBS win this season. The Eagles are 2-9 ATS as a road favorite against .300 or worse opponents. They are coming off a two-point loss to Georgia Tech, while they have suffered two other single-digit defeats. Syracuse has similar offensive and defensive numbers averaging just 23 points per game and on the defensive side of the ball they are horrible allowing an average of 38.5 points per game. Play AGAINST CFB teams performing poorly in the first halves (avg 6 points or more deficit at the half per game) that just played a game with sixty or more points scored, 611-480 ATS (56%)(+$8,300).
