NFL | (257) New York Giants at (258) Dallas Cowboys | 1:00pm EDT - Sep 14/2025 |
The PLAY: Total Over 44.5 (-104)
Featured Game: New York Giants (+6 / 44.5) vs. Dallas Cowboys
Time: 1pm est/10am pst
Television: Fox
Remember, this is a Dallas Cowboys team that came within a few CeeDee Lamb dropped passes from being in the Red Zone and having a chance to upset the Eagles on the TNF Opening Game. Their offense looked fantastic, and we think that carries over here and especially CeeDee Lamb will likely want the ball thrown his way to atone for his mishaps in Week 1.
The Giants looked lathargic on offense and Ryan Dabol would not confirm that Russell Wilson would be starting again for the G-Men, but we think it's too soon to throw Jaxson Dart into the fold here so early in the season, and Russ likely plays again, but we think he can play well this week.
Remember, no Micah Parsons on the Dallas D anymore, and we think with another week of practice, the Giants can play well here offensively. Don't forget this is a Cowboys team that just gave up 24 points to the Eagles, and Philly could have scored more but they simply started running the clock out early in the 4th quarter.
It's a little scary to take the over, as the under ruled Week 1, the unders went 4-12 in favor of the under, but New York needs to bounce back offensively, Dallas will likely score a lot again and get the ball to CeeDee early, and we think it's a barn burner from start to finish.

CFB | (171) Florida at (172) LSU | 7:30pm EDT - Sep 13/2025 |
The PLAY: Total Over 50.5 (-108)
Featured Game: Florida Gators (+9.5, 50.5) vs. LSU Tigers
Time: 7:30pm est/4:30pm pst
Television: ABC
Florida comes into Baton Rouge off an embarrassing loss to South Florida, and they’ll absolutely want to bounce back. The problem is they’re running into an LSU squad that looks like it’s finding its stride early in the season.
LSU is 2-0 with wins over Clemson and Louisiana Tech. The Clemson victory stands out — even if the Tigers aren’t quite living up to their preseason billing, that was still an impressive win on a national stage. The Louisiana Tech game was a letdown spot after that emotional win, and while LSU didn’t sniff the -35 number, it’s hard not to think they were looking ahead to this matchup.
This one means something extra: Florida beat LSU 27-16 last year, and that was a physical, frustrating loss. Expect LSU to come in with revenge on their minds and keep their foot on the gas for four quarters.
From Florida’s side, the Gators will be motivated to wash away the South Florida loss. The offense should come out firing, trying to establish tempo early. With the sticky Baton Rouge night heat wearing on both defenses, this projects as more of an up-and-down affair than last year’s low-scoring grind.
LSU’s motivation + Florida’s urgency = points.
Pick: Over 50.5

CFB | (131) Georgia at (132) Tennessee | 3:30pm EDT - Sep 13/2025 |
The PLAY: Total Under 49.5 (-110)
Featured Game: Georgia Bulldogs (-3.5, 49.5) vs. Tennessee Volunteers
Time: 3:30pm est/12:30pm pst
Television: ABC
This total opened 50.5 and has already been bet down, sitting 50 at most books and even 49.5 at a few shops — clear early action on the under. Both teams are 2-0 against cupcakes, but this week they finally step into real SEC football.
Tennessee has gone over the total in both wins this season, but Georgia has absolutely owned this series — the Bulldogs are 8-2 SU and ATS in the last 10 meetings. That said, Tennessee should be as motivated as ever, not just because of that history but also with Georgia having Alabama on deck. A little look-ahead factor could sneak in, and the Vols’ defense is good enough to take advantage.
Quarterback play will be tested here. Gunner Stockton has looked sharp with an 82.1 QBR (16th nationally), while Joey Aguilar sits at 68.7 QBR. Both have feasted on soft opponents so far, but now they’re about to see what true SEC defenses look like.
And don’t forget, Georgia only put up 28 points on Austin Peay last week. Maybe they were coasting, but it still raises a red flag about this offense being a little flat out of the gates.
With Tennessee’s motivation, Georgia possibly looking ahead, and both quarterbacks facing their first real defensive test of the season, this one sets up as a dogfight. I like the under in Athens.
Pick: Under 49.5

CFB | (139) USC at (140) Purdue | 3:30pm EDT - Sep 13/2025 |
The PLAY: Total Over 58.0 (-110)
Featured Game: USC Trojans (-21, 58) vs. Purdue Boilermakers
Time: 3:30pm est/12:30pm pst
Television: CBS/Paramount+
We’ve got a total that opened 58 and ticked up to 58.5 at most books according to Oddslogic, and it makes sense given what both offenses bring to the table. These programs have never met before, and this will be their first Big Ten clash. Both squads are 2-0, but neither has faced a serious test yet — both schedules have been soft to start.
USC laying three touchdowns is probably justified considering the talent gap, but Purdue quarterback Ryan Browne is more than capable of keeping drives alive. Yes, he did throw a pick against Southern Illinois, which isn’t a great look, but turnovers can actually help an over — one bad decision could flip into a short field or even a defensive touchdown.
On the other side, Jayden Maiava has been electric, sitting at a nation-leading 96.7 QBR. He’s been efficient and explosive, and with weapons like Waymond Jordan in the backfield and Dalen Cobb leading the receiving corps, USC should have no problem moving the ball. Purdue’s defense isn’t likely to hold up four quarters against that firepower.
Put it all together, a fast-paced USC offense, a Purdue QB who can make plays (and mistakes), and two teams stepping into real competition for the first time, and the over makes sense here in West Lafayette.

CFB | (125) Wisconsin at (126) Alabama | 12:00pm EDT - Sep 13/2025 |
The PLAY: Total Under 47.0 (-110)
Featured Game: Wisconsin Badgers (+20.5, 46.5) vs. Alabama Crimson Tide
Time: 12pm est/9am pst
Television: ABC
Alabama absolutely buried Wisconsin last season 42-10, so for any returning upperclassmen this sets up as a revenge spot for the Badgers. The problem is, Alabama comes in motivated too. They were embarrassed in Week 1 against Florida State and while they beat Louisiana-Monroe 73-0 last week, that tune-up means very little.
Wisconsin is 2-0, but their wins came against Miami (OH) and Middle Tennessee. That’s a MAC team and a C-USA team, so we don’t have a real barometer yet. This is a major step up in class.
The situational angle is interesting: Alabama has Georgia on deck, which screams lookahead spot. But Kalen DeBoer is already feeling the heat in Tuscaloosa, and he can’t afford a flat effort. Expect him to demand a strong defensive performance after the Tide gave up 31 to Florida State. He knows a blowout win here helps calm the noise.
On the other side, Wisconsin’s offense has been underwhelming. The Badgers only managed 17 points against Miami (OH). Freshman QB Danny O’Neil now gets thrown into the fire against a loaded Alabama defense — this could get ugly.
Ty Simpson has been steady for Alabama with no turnovers, and while DeBoer will have him dialed in, don’t expect the Tide to open up the full playbook with Georgia looming. That means a more methodical approach and a game plan built around suffocating defense.
The number tells the story: this opened at 47.5 and has already been bet down. We agree with the move.
