I like the Phillies to bounce back from yesterday's 13-3 series-opening loss, mainly because I think this is a starting pitching matchup on Tuesday that favors the visiting side. Philadelphia hands the ball to Jesus Luzardo (12-6, 4.10 ERA), who has been at his best on the road this year, going 6-4 with a 3.32 ERA away from friendly confines. The home side counters with Sean Manaea (1-2, 5.15 ERA), who gave up four runs over four innings to the Nationals in his last outing; consider Philadelphia!
