NFL | (259) Seattle Seahawks at (260) Jacksonville Jaguars | 1:00pm EDT - Oct 12/2025 |
The PLAY: Jacksonville Jaguars -1.0 (-110)
Seattle won the last meeting 31-7 in October 2021 despite generating just 229 yards on offense. Jacksonville has won-and-covered each of its last three games, including a wild affair with the Chiefs on Monday night. This will be Seattle's second trip east this season after successfully handling a trip to Pittsburgh in Week 2. Jacksonville has been a tough team to trust in the Trevor Lawrence era (especially after a big win), but we believe this spread should be closer to a field goal. When healthy, the Seahawks' defense is one of the best in the league. But Seattle was missing four starters at the end of the shootout loss to the Bucs last week. Cornerbacks Tariq Woolen (concussion) and Devon Witherspoon (knee) are both questionable to return this week. The Jaguars historically do not have much of a homefield advantage at EverBank Stadium, but they are 7-1-1 against the spread in their last nine home games. And by the way, Jaguars' first-year head coach Liam Coen arrived in Jacksonville after serving as the Bucs' offensive coordinator. After watching what his former squad did against the Seahawks last week, Coen should have a pretty good idea of how he wants to attack Seattle's defense this week.

CFB | (165) Iowa State at (166) Colorado | 3:30pm EDT - Oct 11/2025 |
The PLAY: Colorado +3.0 (-105)
This is the first meeting between Colorado and Iowa State since the Buffaloes re-joined the Big XII Conference. Both teams are coming off disappointing losses last week as the Cyclones lost at Cincinnati and the Buffs fell at TCU. Colorado head coach Deion Sanders may be limited in his prep work this week as he undergoes testing and treatment for blood clots. Colorado has struggled in the win-loss column, but the Buffs have been good in the betting market at home. Since Coach Prime took the sidelines in Boulder, Colorado has gone 11-4-1 against the spread at home. Iowa State lost both of its starting cornerbacks to long-term injuries prior to the Cyclones' loss to Cincinnati. The Bearcats were able to score 31 points in the first half against Iowa State last week, and those missing pieces on defense could be a major storyline in the Big XII moving forward.
