This is the fourth game of a four-game series and so far Philadelphia has taken the first three. The last two have flown over the number as far as the total is concerned, but with two capable starters squaring off in the finale on Thursday, I believe runs will be at a premium in this one. The visitors hand the ball to David Peterson (9-5, 3.72 ERA), while the home side counters with Jesus Luzardo (13-6, 4.01). With each side leaning on its starter to close this series, I expect a classic "duel." Consider the under in this one!
